When evaluating the features and benefits of any product it is human nature to put price at the top of the consideration list. Here, at Quicksilver Remanufacturing we do to. However, it is our obligation to provide a product that will withstand the rigors of marine use and live-up to the expectations of the customer. With that being said, we are willing to share the very essence of the value we put into each and every engine.
THE PARTS
When searching for a replacement engine, marine dealers sometimes turn to their local machine shop to rebuild a marine engine. Most of these local shops are accustomed to building automotive type engines that utilize components that are lower in price but not suitable for the demands of a marine environment. This results in an engine that may be lower in price but not built to the same quality standards as a Mercury Marine remanufactured engine.
