As an Authorized Volvo Dealer, we have the resources to satisfy your every Volvo need.

Admiditly, we don't really stock too many Volvo Drive units.
Perhaps this is because they are not as popular as the Mercruiser Drives.
It may also be that Volvos hold up well on the types of boats that they are installed on.
Volvo Drives, in the past, have not generally been used in high power speed boat applications.

Chances are... if you have a Volvo Drive then you are satisfied with it's performance!

Building a Volvo Drive is a little more complicated than most drives. Very special tools are needed for almost every assembly procedure. Accurate precise measurements and proper part selection is a MUST to insure durability and longevity.

When ordering new or used drive units include in your email your engine model and serial number, engine horse power and a good description of your unit.

Outdrives.com also has the Volvo Drive Exchange Program for those customers who would like to give there old rebuildable unit in exchange for a Volvo Factory Rebuild or Duo-Prop exchange.
Not all units will qualify for this program. Please email us for more details about this exchange program which Volvo offers.

For single engine Volvo powered boats, the Duo-Prop Conversion has been a very successful program. Increased performance and better handling makes, in most cases, the Duo-Prop Lower Exchange a viable choice. For customers with new single prop Volvo Penta units, the factory MAY in some cases give you good credit for your single-prop lower towards the purchase of a new Duo-Prop lower.

Rebuilding Your Volvo
First email us with your request and questions. You MAY have a simple problem that we could guide you through at no expense.
Include the model numbers, model year, engine horsepower and a general description of your drive.

Our Volvo rebuild labor varies between different models.
In general, We charge $ 700.00 labor to completely reseal or rebuild most volvo single prop drive units.
Parts can vary depending on the condition of the internal components.

Only Volvo Factory Parts are used!
